Adult education background
; q! f, ?# r8 v- xExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
' p" w1 I, u5 F0 Q4 H4 ]8 hAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
' c4 Y4 E5 ^0 q6 c# G' i& B3 pExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
9 a, }; ?/ }& |: Z  Q* G* _Computer proficiency
0 s/ O6 ?' H- z7 ?) p- c! XStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

Display positive self-concept
