Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
2 H' L4 w$ B; ~7 }- J; A; ^  SExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
4 T: B; ^% j4 qAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
6 A: ?( C" w- y8 ?" \Computer proficiency
  [7 c# H8 z% H" l* ~Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
! W' {5 t# K* p6 v% U; B' PUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
