Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
- L- _& o2 L& `! Z8 W; hPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
4 n' D) T* O$ }0 zAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
' L8 r+ n+ G$ V  O% lAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
/ b7 H* i% e- J4 h4 X: X" m& s" MStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
0 K" ]5 i6 z# g+ PUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
" K0 ^& @2 J( z2 q4 I9 w3 CDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
& G, ~. b4 R/ Q+ K: n/ aDisplay positive self-concept
/ K# t0 H. t& j3 _- ]! IPossess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
