Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields 5 {! N8 x2 t3 i
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role + e0 U, v1 }2 r0 N
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
0 F* _1 z% V7 Y' y7 J7 t! l) WExcellent communication and negotiation skills + c/ W* |- x2 K) B# \
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
