Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
# a# k9 |$ t" E$ W5 _9 KUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
1 ~* W- A z% ?- K8 m- OExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
" w- {! F, L( P/ pExcellent communication and negotiation skills
# d9 x& _3 f% J" F/ f+ tExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
