Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields ( A" U* N, l. n" @3 h6 `9 H
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
( Y& O; T5 e4 ?, B# FExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants ( r1 K) ]6 H0 B
Excellent communication and negotiation skills 1 o! W% {- W1 ]1 @( B, |. p0 _
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments 6 F+ i: b5 t" Z- W# [0 \; B& G1 F
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market: b6 `5 I5 I1 _3 ^7 H
