4 Z. b# N5 L  j0 q% m? I Bought a Pair of Prada Boots I Didn't Like or Need Because My Shoes Were Rubbing.
+ d4 F0 y7 t2 e3 E" U  NAnyway, my precious bit of free shopping time didn't get any better. The shoes I was wearing with no stockings began to rub my foot raw and I kept getting lost. I have been going to Milan for 15 years, but there's something about its Bermuda shopping triangle that still turns me upside down and this time delivered me outside Ferragamo when I really wanted the Prada accessories store. Then the handle snapped on my Gucci shoe.
Still I wouldn't give in. I hobbled on to Prada and by the time I got there clutching my broken shoe like a baby and shuffling my bad foot to try to avoid the open sore, I realised
I couldn't walk another step in those shoes.
3 o% f: M% E$ B0 W" j  |4 I2 [This was unfortunate as I had a very important fashion show - Christian Louboutin - in 30 minutes and no time to go back to the hotel.
So I "had" to buy a pair of Prada louboutin shoes. It was either that or turn up at Christian Louboutin barefoot. And do you know? I couldn't find anything - in Prada - that I liked and that didn't rub my wound.
$ K) r5 n0 G+ _) \3 D3 M) j  V# X8 OThe only thing that was bearable was a pair of ridiculously pointy boots, made of black stretchy leather that clung to the calf. They made me feel like a superannuated suburban Morticia Addams,christian shoes, but I had to buy them. Even though this is a confession of my true awfulness, I still can't bear to tell how much I paid for these boots. Suffice to say it was too much.
, q7 e$ d/ @2 W3 b+ I& IBut a funny thing has happened - they look fierce, but those boots are as comfortable as old loafers and have be-come my all-time fashion show best purchase.
