请教提取新车的步骤

人在国内，最近到Edmonton。 通过Email订购了一辆车，今天Dealer通知可以取车了。突然发现不知道取车的整个流程和通常手续。譬如，先见Dealer取到车的文件，再办保险；还是先办好保险？Dealer接受普通支票，还是需要Certified的支票 ？再往后的注册/上牌，我以前办过。

可以直接问Dealer， 但还是这里先预习一下更稳妥。
