Dr. Alan Kazdin, Director of Yale Parenting Centre, received James McKeen Cattell Award at Association of Psychological Science (APS) in Boston last week and made a brief award-accepting (and laughter filled) speech. + A' c6 p! c) I7 y3 } ) d# o1 A! f, M6 f; kKazdin is known for his 40 years research on parenting method with defiant children. Last year he was also recognized by American Psychological Association (APA) with an award.9 D- ~8 p* ~5 W3 ?! q) l
