Fees

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are% r0 G* i" d) A; H) S2 a

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your$ d9 B2 r0 `3 H' R% u% C6 R
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon1 T9 _, z: ]4 q! ]* e( U
arrival at the park.# D* p9 _6 @/ e
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of c6 B+ a$ b, s
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as9 M3 E: n/ v) Q7 s! a5 y9 H# ?
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
! A! P( j. S8 ^/ v campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
* s( ^, R3 s( o8 U [ Y* L8 T8 V9 T6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on4 u8 @+ \ z# E6 ^
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously9 H, Z, p4 s- @* O8 X

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the& e2 D; q9 K) F% k. F' S6 }% y

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
2 Q$ Z- N; n6 c, l8 m7 h8 ` least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
8 c: ^1 |+ C& p( z$ i for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your; b' x9 w; f; J0 r' N) F" C
certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to2 l% X/ A# d* }- s% G) e" y9 ]
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you6 o( D" i, b$ ~

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address# x' A# T$ [0 T3 n
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
! v8 Z) P# S* \' i6 j \; s# B - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
$ |* r2 a6 m7 g you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your2 \4 q: o& S1 R
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,3 b: t" ?% @9 f
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:1 G8 O( c* B2 U: T# v0 v& Y% D
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
' j- j8 z! J4 B( ]. n3 A expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two) h% _* y; x+ |" N' ~4 R; T! Q" X- U
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
1 O; [) u2 q8 q policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late7 s: W% M/ c# w. T

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."8 o' \ U5 v/ t9 E: Q
( D5 g, b. r& B$ N1 ?" n When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
- C: `( {: l; B will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
