4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of3 g) [! I/ |5 K$ `5 j
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
9 }) j7 v4 B+ S& l( z7 q1 o# l a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same% Y9 {% S, E! W Y; U
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.

campsite; and the service type.

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

Remember that if you pay for your reservation by certified cheque or international

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You$ B! V9 B- F$ \' \/ n3 `2 h K; D
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you# Q9 t4 h, H+ E0 J6 V
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
5 G- k7 B! c/ t/ P- f6 N" u - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
$ F3 |; ~* A; U [1 D0 k) O1 n you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your4 r& {4 H2 } D% r/ d5 E. ]
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
: a# C# S, H+ w/ i you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.4 o& n9 E8 {5 n: i& T# C+ J% a0 i
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
2 I3 v+ [* X5 Y' z 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
8 O* f) p1 c: G6 H" `5 \ t of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original2 }: K$ @$ O3 ~% f# E- @
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to m6 P/ `: d6 G- R( j: @5 I! D
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be, G5 Q9 `1 e7 ?0 {7 x1 K3 N& Y
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change

services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.802 t% D0 ?8 f8 u7 i- M

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving1 T \ _! R5 ~( Y6 k" E- e
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground% g& L" a9 \: l, S0 y' x1 X
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
& b2 x! `) z2 Y7 H will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the' Y8 {, p& W& b% \% e; V8 {
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground/ U2 n1 e. H* T' m2 U( T5 }- B; K
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
7 a. N2 ?1 M! Q7 X the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,( w$ w$ e0 n: K
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
8 q: F `% Z7 {) O5 u16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:! d/ F O) H0 I5 E0 p% s
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
1 b v" |! p3 K0 Y3 z expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two4 v& B2 ]+ [6 }" t( r9 k
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your # l& H4 l j! p
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
3 c( W4 y5 p1 Z# t( o( F your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

; G2 W8 h' F+ `5 U# l8 Z7 h# A$ N If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees7 e* B E3 t% ^
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,

of your originally scheduled departure date.

Thirty days after your originally scheduled departure date your camping fees become
