  ?3 M- R! V% ?0 o' N% o/ mEvery full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
. Y7 Y+ F+ K) m0 M  Rthat the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
customers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
the Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
$ g2 a. N( H$ S% l) NCustomer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
' G( l8 x0 x8 p0 _6 q$ Y• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
9 L% [5 r  j8 _stock
7 e7 a) r3 n+ x3 C' ~: u& ]• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age
Store Responsibilities
" k0 Y: a( k- m• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
: k2 }" C9 [( u7 Q• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
2 k7 G5 ~6 h( c: Y% B- e! d) I  H• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)
• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager
9 q" t8 E6 s) OQualifications
• High School graduate
• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
changes in strategies

) Z* K+ o, t( |5 c  m  K" j8 l6 E( A2 G• Standing for extended periods of time
/ S! B4 }4 A# }* p* z• Comfortable climbing ladders
