Every full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
6 R# Q6 k) D& f% Y% u+ woperation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
$ z; M( `3 W- g& D2 d( lthat the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
customers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
the Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
; p( ~  [: t  n- j& ~Customer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
  w9 I- h% Q5 x6 F4 O• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
7 \7 H) E2 e* r9 g/ A9 w# \• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
stock
) u  q9 h# ~' b9 m$ ~( X0 i" T- A* Q• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
: K& u1 y* F) r* P6 {looks under 25 years of age
5 {% a, V& u: p2 {, Z' m" ~) N' `$ }' oStore Responsibilities
• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
$ O' F* E7 f+ Q+ Z& S* I: j/ j• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
5 z& ]% {/ ?% x/ j5 z• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)

Qualifications
3 c' X* k% W5 s" D( t• High School graduate
: H( J: J& G, I5 Y: q# N$ o• Criminal record check.
% }' W2 D4 Y) t" Y, N• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
+ a/ T* {; y# e$ J9 L, |5 V, P" [changes in strategies
Working Conditions
4 u1 m. y- Z/ W• Fast paced environment
/ c  o( t8 T/ ?6 F% o5 c• Demanding workload
9 n, ~; h9 r* K" g4 [+ MPhysical Requirements
• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
* }5 O( c- A  e8 T9 F0 ~• Standing for extended periods of time
$ S, E1 W- g4 }• Comfortable climbing ladders
