4 k: d8 j# M) s- l5 s; f The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.

8 x) i$ Z6 C* c% t The primary responsibilities are to:
- N1 O! V8 q3 M* z' q7 c" O
-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.

$ Z* I2 L& J# P! ~-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.
+ g1 c2 W5 e1 Z  m
2 I3 W/ S$ [* A9 K6 M$ a0 x& ~6 \9 DServe as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments.

2 M* h9 t1 z3 }: R, WEnsure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.

$ l0 }" z2 _$ I2 T/ Z  rMaintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.  
Qualifications  
Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

- Q* F; c; Q) C( r! D; O" N. @Requires exceptional communication and report writing skills.

% A1 y( q7 ]2 j, O" p! G7 G( }Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.

# q. G. x6 i+ V, d! _" U* ^Excellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.

Project management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.

A broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
