Primary Focus  
The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.

The primary responsibilities are to:

: X" Q0 i$ g' e* k: b, E$ H-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.
) s9 G: N" y5 {: s8 z" p
% E& H4 ?3 [2 L. h8 C7 }-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.

; a: O" T" x  n  M( [0 fServe as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments.

1 _7 Z7 Q% a5 x( S$ q0 }Ensure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.

9 }/ J& a' s3 O6 M8 G, GMaintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.  
Qualifications  
Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Requires exceptional communication and report writing skills.

Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.

Excellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.

Project management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.

9 z. f8 t* B$ D7 G1 AA broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.
