Position Overview:

9 ~  p% r# }$ n; n4 h[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

Ultrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

Technicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

1 x+ k) }6 d' y- UResponsibilities:
$ p0 [6 o$ s+ A! }" W
Operate Ultrasonic's equipment
2 [# J# x! \/ Q& s2 X8 I0 q, Y& XInterpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
- h4 \9 W6 M( m# n+ EThis includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
! _. v. ~3 f) ~2 l! DStenciling testing locations
Clearing testing locations / dig clean
Required Skills:
1 x& P+ m! y0 c8 @* T; f; b
Knowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
Ability to drive in tailings locations
2 ?) m" P# R' p' t7 g8 r( [Knowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.
