I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
2 B0 N; o( j! l0 M" ^(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
7 c2 {4 Q6 I2 G: A# m: TSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

  ?  R  Z& ~) y5 j5 ~6 MI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
' W% Z  x: x) @% P9 j30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

4 f! q' V8 @" A4 yYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
' a1 q! z4 g3 J8 M. l# Kafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
