i use it on highway most of time, only once it alarmed and 1 cop came from opposite direction. it about 5 sec time ahead. i found out it helps a little, not much. because it gives u fause singal some time, and u dont know where the heck the laser beam come from. . s7 Y% {6 a+ A# z5 y! k! jas i know, the radar is not legal to use in canada, only ok in some area in usa. so, i'm not use it in city, cops can stop u and give u ticket if they see u use it and they are boring.......

Detectors are legal in all states except Virginia and the District of Columbia. They're legal in the following Canadian provinces as well: Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan.( t/ r2 s" ]* N$ k- N
It's legal in Alberta. Buy an expensive one (over 200) and there will be much less noisy. # f1 {) h: v+ Z ; b7 k8 j& M* M0 xIt paid itself by one ticket.
