在房子四周加完土以后还要如何做？

目的是为了防水。 我家后院有坡。我刚在房子四周铺上了TOP SOIL，我是否需要在上面铺一层防草布，然后再加铺石头？ 石头上哪买？防草布的英文名是什么？杂哪可以买？

I added landscaping faric on the top soil after tightening the top soil and then put some rocks on it.
( F6 C6 r, z6 H: ~I am not sure this is a right way to solve the problem or not. Can any experts help us out of this? Thanks

As long as the top soil or clay underneath run the water away from the  house, you are fine; fabric and rocks above are for control of weeds and decoration only.
