Specific responsibilities
; ^$ y. @2 ?0 N- Prospect and cold call on new business, maximize marketing opportunities
- Organize and perform the activity of brand promotion
3 p# ^/ d3 U, J- M1 {- Build brand famousness and favorite among custom community.
- Maintain partnership programs with customers
- N  z1 h% ~! M6 \, _% C) z- Review and respond customer inquiries
- prepare marketing plans for new market segments
* T6 X6 Y' R6 j% c% B- Attend marketing meetings, set objectives
- Proposals and presentations
& N. o! ^+ G( J4 S3 T8 J/ i- Project management, budget preparation (team work)
+ ]- q' {/ `4 [- Identify potential commercial risks
- Clarify and answer commercial questions after the quotations
- Make research and selection of the targeting market, and organize to make the annual market development plan.
- Prepare the marketing research report regularly
/ m6 j* f! E5 p0 p" w" h9 e- Effectiveness of costs control of marketing development
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education certificate (ideally from administration, marketing, and/or engineering)
+ r9 Y/ H+ I# \2 D2 M5 |+ y- 3+ years successful related experience background
- \9 ^& J, g( l: `6 C' D; \- Previous working experience in China would be an asset
- K8 K5 O2 A! P) I  V& X- Flexible for travel within the China, and North America or Europe occasionally.
" V" q9 V5 ^: X4 Q( ?- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
; H2 C+ ?9 u  J# q- Chinese language skills are an asset.
# N( F4 X4 O0 ~% l: t/ l- Outgoing, confident, consultative rapport builder
* h0 H( G  c  G7 D2 T1 `- Effective closing and follow up skills, project management
- Responsible and accountable
- Self-managed and able to work independently
  d- E; ^8 C' I- Highly organized and effective time management and problem solving skills
" s7 V( s1 ?7 W& i2 o- Proficient administrative & computer skills for MS office, presentations
# |; ^; n0 M/ u9 m6 h- Valid North America or European passport
