刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
' ^3 j7 y3 a8 i0 l, x* L4 X; r7 yTo apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

难道必须要有加拿大大学自己的学位才能够申请研究生吗？

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian

/ ]. T# l# N  N; x4 Dstatus of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
international students in the admission stage.

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
. G- r5 l& D1 ]( s申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不
把你的移民身份看得很重。申请材料里面提一下就好了。

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
