are unable to load University of Alberta websites. I'm hoping this will help

$ J, X6 `! h$ [4 p) cThe way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to: q- y$ T6 V# T7 y' p3 h* C( u# i( n
Tools -> Internet Options
& C7 | h v6 n0 x9 M8 Z3 LClick the Connections Tab
1 j. ^) |' K! J5 GClick the the "Lan Settings" button
* I6 H# V" L7 B7 ]1 IRemove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"

Click Ok
