1。用别的浏览器,比如firefox或者opera,不要用IE.. X$ _5 Q& ?1 t$ m8 p6 j3 r
2。改一个IE的设置,见下:/ m0 G, A2 a$ K1 c/ C* }# ?. t
At the moment most users on the Shaw network using Internet Explorer 8 ~3 E5 K1 f& k' \
are unable to load University of Alberta websites. I'm hoping this will help

The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to5 n0 X& h! L8 D5 Q) i. N4 K
Tools -> Internet Options
# V) k& z% u' N% Z* y5 sClick the Connections Tab4 b: }% Q$ L' U9 [, e& U7 \& V
Click the the "Lan Settings" button
, E) `. |' A/ ?: }7 c& }: {; mRemove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"" i$ H0 N" d9 H/ ^3 G/ W3 z8 I
Click Ok3 Z5 }, q, J$ K
Click Ok j# I7 {+ `: i" T4 l8 p6 m( P
8 p# S# N+ U9 EThe user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again. |
