The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to' E: o! u# ~: j1 A- @# t, X5 r
Tools -> Internet Options
; b2 z0 v, V7 U3 i1 g) L- O$ aClick the Connections Tab

Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"
