Position Summary:

§ Hardware and software installation, configuration and implementation. t y" r9 H7 m" _2 w
§ Ensure software and hardware standards and other policies are adhered to at all times0 F! N" m5 X9 c( }) J

§ Become familiar with in-house software applications (AS/400, EXE/warehouse management system, SOS, VRFS, Impromptu, Lotus Notes & others) with goal of becoming in-house expert# R2 v" Q8 n0 S) }+ `" {

§ Special projects as required

§ Work with auditors (internal and external) – respond to requests, prepare response to audit reports

§ Manage and track all technology assets including ensuring that all software licenses are documented and adhered to: f! z# U: \, f: ?" C& U1 i
§ Ensure software and hardware standards and other policies are adhered to at all times

§ Coordinate and support end user training
