2 n& I& w; R5 T, R4 {# J& [- ]* q3 vResponsibilities: To coordinate the Immigrant Women Asset Building Program; To work as part of a holistic team and with the cultural community to recruit participants, provide service delivery and evaluate the program. Staff and the cultural community will provide on-going support and direction to participants under the leadership of the Program Coordinator; To deliver and evaluate the program; To supervise staff and volunteers; To case manage the participants in the program by developing Capacity Mapping for immigrant women and ensuring a Portfolio Development experience.( z( y4 ?6 ] X/ r, |

PLUS: To support immigrant women in the development of social networks and community supports, including outreach (home visits), if needed; To advocate on the participants’ behalf to programs, institutions and service providers; To ensure financial coordination and compliance of the program; To ensure documentation coordination of the program; report writing and the gathering of statistical information. ; B, Q( L4 M) E' Y) N8 @3 x# ]
5 k# z: H; a. `Skills & Experience: Demonstrates strong initiative & commitment to providing quality services working in an intercultural environment with immigrant women; Experience in holistic case management; + O& E' v7 a; I4 {- Q" U$ ~
Experience working in multi-disciplinary/collaborative environment; Knowledge of Asset Based Approach, Portfolio and Leadership Development; Ability to manage time effectively, flexibility/open-minded; Ability to perform a variety of diverse tasks; Proficiency in both official languages is an asset, as is fluency in languages other than English/French; Ability to create a team/work collaboratively with other colleagues & other service providers; Ability to research; library, internet; Evening/weekend work required. 4 ^7 e/ b' L8 z6 j4 K, G- H+ d
