Recently I began to monitor the gas mileage of my 90 Chevy Corsica,V6/3.1L 3speed automatic transmision. Curb weight about 2885 lb* ~& Z! t z) t3 t! v X( H
The gas mileage measure method I got from a local friend is that fullfill the gas tank each time, put down the mileage and gas volume(litre) filled in, then
/ s& `4 J+ U5 P9 I O" ]/ EThe gas mileage = (next time mileage - previous time mileage) /(next time filled gas volume) 3 {( f% [8 L+ a
After convent to MPG(mile per gallon), the result I got is 26 MPG3 \1 z2 [! j6 P: q# Y
+ |! c# C, E( C( }Official gas mileage is MPG (City/Hwy) 4 cyl 24/33 v6 21/29
