After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. 7 ~3 ^$ Q! X/ T9 ]% B1 R

Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.8 [9 A6 A) R# A3 Y' w: N5 j
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.1 D% p3 I+ g& i% o

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
) K6 C8 n; q6 QThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.& P( `5 h, z, r- Q" L1 `' K
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. ( A: c; E- N4 Z! [. @2 y4 t

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them. & n: K% O5 z( n* a) T, H
