After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. 5 M3 s7 P- E. p4 z5 h+ y

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.4 U# ?: d. T4 d5 Z, @' ?
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

! G- I n1 q& aWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.7 H1 `; L1 Z9 Q7 ^, f) o/ E
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
0 b4 O8 \, a6 N! TConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.8 L/ V8 r3 }6 e- q8 l7 Z+ D

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look." c8 V. m/ K! V5 O- w/ Z; L
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
