Position: Executive Assistant (contract position, maternity leave replacement) / About: CMHA-ER is a non-profit organization that has been making mental health matter in the Edmonton community for over 55 years. CMHA-ER promotes mental health and recovery and provides direct service to people living with severe and persistent mental illness. CMHA-ER provides direct support for children, youth/adults. Programs include suicide prevention and intervention; mental health first aid training; advocacy; leadership training, psycho-social education programs; social and recreational programs; rehabilitation programs; family support groups and affordable housing. 3 B7 g& Y1 z3 ^% @$ l& r: p0 j4 C5 ~
; s' Y( q) f: m! CCMHA-ER is recruiting for a qualified/experienced person for a full time Executive Assistant position. The successful candidate will have many talents/skills including: a demonstrated commitment to excellence; strong customer service skills; excellent administrative, communication/public relations skills; acute attention to detail; a high degree of competency in MS Office applications; a creative flare; and providing executive level assistance to the E. D. & Board of Directors (day to day, regular/special meetings). 7 {6 _# f( E2 b9 ^) D$ I

Hours of work are 8:30 – 4:30, Monday through Friday. Some evening/weekend work is required. CMHA-ER provides a family friendly, supportive work environment. Relevant qualifications include administrative training and relevant experience.! G! ^* U) v! j& w3 R& C2 O
