• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
5 R" {% H3 ~) v9 q) x• Identification and replication of software defects
, Z) Z- W. R2 J, H2 x• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients % |6 u9 j: u" z
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues * ] X7 o0 M6 z+ R! l
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Skills and Knowledge Required

• C++ development skills

• Network trouble shooting skills

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
