• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
* r" U% e: d$ I- J' e• Identification and replication of software defects
* |2 [( P0 C3 R! }• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 0 M, w8 o$ i9 k0 j7 s h
• Managing customer expectations
+ v9 [( @$ b& q5 E+ i• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations ) g* T) P+ O& S& s
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
