Position Responsibilities:+ t7 h- r# Q/ t; }
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
; a1 w+ E# [9 [, [7 ?6 c• Identification and replication of software defects
# {$ }' E. c" K' O• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
! C1 {( Y* l' A* M9 x# c• Managing customer expectations 6 c7 A' D& \: C7 m# d! c/ n
• Documentation of technical procedures
* ]. w( B/ ]: T4 f" d& S0 H• Trouble shooting client network issues
1 u/ Q, o) M \• Optimizing system configurations
4 \* v7 E' y# Y& E• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
