• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control4 r4 f1 U' {3 h& ^9 @
• Identification and replication of software defects
t% g/ z6 M) Q1 F• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
( S- Y2 A9 R5 V( o• Managing customer expectations , ^, o- D" ?+ e
• Documentation of technical procedures : f) ~! {- w8 F
• Trouble shooting client network issues [8 c8 g/ V; L
• Optimizing system configurations
# }* N, G+ N$ l: f) Z1 O2 C• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 5 \7 X" j# M! ~! d. ^# r
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system . m9 T8 U/ w5 D
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. . n$ S) v. u: Q3 N% v! U
• Site services worldwide

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
