• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
% _7 |% O" f' X3 H% }. ~• Identification and replication of software defects 0 d5 Z6 n7 F& w4 S
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 9 s+ M) T0 X' {
• Managing customer expectations
5 h, ? p) ?, j9 w• Documentation of technical procedures
" K- l. p/ @6 W, h• Trouble shooting client network issues + P; ~ G3 ^5 x" a& y
• Optimizing system configurations + V" H6 V# j+ ]+ j5 v
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 0 @1 P( z0 k) b! a. B5 L8 Q- A, j$ u
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Experience and Education

• 2 years experience in a technical support role
