•        Identification and replication of software defects  0 Y5 n8 r6 W5 H) J/ H
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

•        Documentation of technical procedures

•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

•        Technical degree or diploma
