Position Responsibilities:
- v; |! ?/ K+ A: Z/ c• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control- L) t! L- Q1 A7 e% J2 m. i
• Identification and replication of software defects
& w2 [/ \9 O8 k, i) I- o• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients + d& ~ m5 U5 n; ~4 I3 k
• Managing customer expectations $ B* B6 `/ H6 }+ w5 u- f
• Documentation of technical procedures 4 M$ N; ~* j1 P9 M' ?0 [& _
• Trouble shooting client network issues , i$ c; u4 y0 a
• Optimizing system configurations
+ K1 W; N& h. T; N3 G• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• Network trouble shooting skills
