• Identification and replication of software defects ' i# P) ^& I5 ?7 q9 f5 E4 R
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 3 n3 @9 Y! M5 _$ s. w) l& P4 i/ G: Z
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Customer service skills

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
