Position Responsibilities:
0 j" a6 h, _* X0 _* K•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
/ B0 C: l8 T1 B8 r•        Identification and replication of software defects  
# Y$ i& z6 w6 `9 Q•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
7 \3 r- S: F/ X5 x( k/ S1 L1 q3 c•        Managing customer expectations ( z# N! g' w5 S! _& ~
•        Documentation of technical procedures
  D6 o  l) E2 q+ f$ y0 S8 L•        Trouble shooting client network issues
' ]( @* H* o7 W7 F•        Optimizing system configurations  
* Z" {+ z( X* o$ G) P•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
8 I/ M" N7 k8 C•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        System training

•        Work evenings as required

•        Customer service skills , f- |" w& k- I" B
•        Technical writing skills

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

•        Ability to work independently

2 h4 P: {6 `  b0 W$ ^•        2 years experience in a technical support role
