Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
: y& a5 X% D) MAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
' i( S5 y2 K! p* {7 R& qAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
2 ^; r7 ?8 I6 Z$ V7 h' N+ ^Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
+ B1 @4 T( v, r+ R% kMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Z7 n. t1 Z8 ]/ p/ qHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        Completion of secondary school is required
        2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
