- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
7 e0 Z. x  w# O6 v5 `- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
- C& f+ e) V% O! Q; C* N" x- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
- D; h) h8 S! U% g. \- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
! Q6 n# [1 _3 d' D7 N0 G' T: H1 ?% I- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
) w7 G+ J% R$ {+ ~* n- Tend ovens which cure metal coating

•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        On-the-job training will be provided
