- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications6 h4 C+ x" n; y8 |# i7 l
- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
( C! g+ u" k' g5 J" r- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
$ l* h- O5 I8 e- ?# I) a; v- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions/ J1 i. b. @7 ]$ f! A3 t
- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects" R3 g" s. E3 G
- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices0 K! L$ x7 {7 T2 t
- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating

Requirements:
