I am new comer here. currently I have class 7 driver license from other province. * T) _7 y" _9 B( Z8 gI have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license.. j% h2 N2 k0 _1 x( F

if I want to attend road test, where is the cheapest place to go(including car renting)? 6 x& `1 \! G+ U/ N& s4 O# u5 F. r+ r; M, L# _1 `2 O7 h7 L/ L! ~
Another issue is for insurance, someone tell me that going to drive school will help reduce car insurance, is that true?
