2004年TOYOTA Matrix,因为车是从温哥华开来的，所以没有block heater,今天去dealer装了一个，后来去Shipping，后来回家路上就发现engine service灯亮了，于是回到dealer，他们用scanner出来说是code P0012，查询后说是valve timing的问题，但是检查后没有任何问题，于是dealer的人说清空code，说让再开着试试看，说也有可能是低温引起的。4万公里都不到的车呀，不会有什么问题吧，请教大侠们。会是装了heater引起的马？

现在就请Shark27指点了，我现在就是疑问会是dealer的人在装heater的时候，弄松了什么部件吗？因为在没有装heater前，我的车是没有任何问题的。即使再冷也可以正常启动。

( U, w$ m5 |% w! z- _shark27,非常感谢你的解答,今天Engine light又亮了，去dealer检查，又是P0012的代码, 以下是dealer给的诊断：
Codition：Check Engine Warning Light is on. No change in engine driveability. Advise.
Cause: Hooked Up TDT codes. codes p0012
Correction: Did active test on VVT, VVT was not operating.
) v* x) I2 @) ]: n1 BCheck connection of oil control valve retested and now VVT is operating possible sticking. If light comes back on with the same codes as per TSB2711, possible oil control valve may be needed on top of bulletin.
Dealer今天提到如果再次出现在那个code,我们就需要替换Timing Gear。报价为500刀，车出了问题真的太烧钱了。

Oh, Sun Toyota is notorious for service. Gateway is much better than Sun.

我只知道sun卖车的不怎么样，service还好，我有同学在那边。gateway的service有很多rip off,动不动就逼你签waver,轮胎只卖michelin，翻新电池按全新的价格卖，parts的人还隔三差五被顾客投诉。

8 c$ B$ n% R4 ^1 o引擎设计上的缺陷，凸轮轴固定销过于脆弱，经过一定的冲击以后就断，卡住了vvt动作筒。这是所有装备这个引擎的车型的通病，包括corolla, matrix和最后几年的celica。oe零件和dealer service有一年保修。

自从上次清除code11天后,engine灯又亮了起来，去读码是同一code,基本确定是gear问题，但是今天dealer又提出来这个码也可能是vvt controller问题，又要花65开盖检查，请教大家这个合理吗？我们现在就是担心最后不要检查都做了，gear都换了，还是有问题，然后又花钱，测试。啥时候是个头阿。

还有就是很好奇，为什么会在清码后11天，引擎灯再亮呢，车我们每天都开得。真的奇怪呢。
