& K( ^7 Q* y. v ooutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add
5 k( p: Q7 O6 Z- Z/ M( ^! |7 x7 B; k5 W
7 i6 h: H$ l* ]) P/ x! K2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts4 i8 a7 W4 K8 n
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

HINT: To move between fields, press [Tab].
