我对西南地区不太了解, 请问住在西南的屯民, 哪个好?

1) South Terwilleger
后院朝南, Walkout basement 没做, 面向Walking Trail. 2008年建的.

The first one is newer but on a smaller lot, walkout basement is more desirable however a downside does exist-- buried high pressured gas line under the green belt/walking trail (if my memory is right). The 2nd one is older in age but located in a good area. By viewing the photos, its maintenance looks fine, if carpeting is the only issue, just replace it and you will be fine.

4 d, Y/ x5 V9 f- t/ ~9 F2 YExplosion? Burst? Leaks?  chance is very minimal but gas line is there and I just don't feel comfortable. My philosophy is: there are so many fishes in the water, why pick this one? Same reason for not choosing to live near Hi-voltage Power lines/towers.
