院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享9 y- S8 Q _6 z0 `% l a! d

# B) M6 D; d5 O& P* M2 d3 cups saskatoons 750 ml & R" s" J6 R0 ^( z+ R, [; h
1 cup water 250 ml 7 j2 U9 O! z, m
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 5 s h8 [; I9 F9 E( P$ V* g, s' f# p
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
& B# A7 M8 s9 G- z/ Ojuice of 1 lemon* 1 3 o2 s! c. O' k' l7 A+ G% Y
- u+ l4 c, o7 M. u* D+ UPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
