S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

; Q m$ F* E4 O9 h& o3 cups saskatoons 750 ml * \0 v! g. @! L" w$ @
1 cup water 250 ml ) _# L) s) B ]% y8 L
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml " x8 E7 h( b2 f4 } Y
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml ) f7 K- `' }+ w8 _, {
juice of 1 lemon* 1 ( l; }# }1 f1 ~) X
* M8 `' J9 E1 v; k1 Y$ [& _Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
