院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享' c: L3 K# C; H. h9 a7 Z$ u7 m. F$ C

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

1 cup water 250 ml 8 U. h0 u) V. v
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
5 m. S. Z" [! k$ ~1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

7 J. x0 W( D: l2 p" L' lPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.6 ^9 r+ `" `5 A5 C. R: y f- f
