院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享" s1 n" ~5 _* w, N" V8 A

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE , o% x% }5 ~/ u% R* C5 x
/ z0 \. \* j; E3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
; H& ]& B' U4 ?* B* T1 cup water 250 ml $ d$ v0 G( x3 [0 g& _) z
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
7 F; r' u4 K6 {" s+ s0 o1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.: H' O0 F) J/ \+ }, U; ]( B
