院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

2 [+ L) z& X/ o; M9 k, T5 I3 cups saskatoons 750 ml # ^1 k7 L! t& ~, Z# x+ ?( c
1 cup water 250 ml 8 H7 m2 J; A: c+ r
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
1 |$ ^9 M8 K$ y1 Y! F1/2 cup sugar 125 ml - @2 h5 |6 F B" A
juice of 1 lemon* 1 ( S2 m) S* R8 T1 T8 E* u! s3 U+ g7 B
! u! m4 J+ G3 a8 `) A9 u; o/ qPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
