院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

6 I! A# }- E+ i, g/ U3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
1 p, p. U |, v g. y6 [: C8 ^: v1 cup water 250 ml & w: i" m& v' Q; P
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
& R( n ^/ |& u8 A$ {1/2 cup sugar 125 ml H- X) D9 }3 b
juice of 1 lemon* 1

, @1 K7 g$ g4 D! v$ Y4 xPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
