院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享9 O% Q) O, E, p- I* J1 t9 z

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml ) H% ]0 L: |( S- [! R
1 cup water 250 ml
, W; C0 a4 @9 g# z2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml o8 o- |2 N9 ^8 |1 K9 ?
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml N# G; T8 _- r$ i, _' Y
juice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
