Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual; (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

' L" K) s  q- m0 i8 ^range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

9 K+ s' E& S# ~) YMust be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

6 B2 @% T3 H* z0 D0 h, I# h% F-Paying attention to details;
5 p3 B7 i7 Q7 j4 d' M+ Q- e& V- Good time management and organizational skills required;
6 P; [6 i# u; Y-Post-secondary education preferred;
-previously related office experience preferred;
. S& V. M9 [$ m& R8 O' ^- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
. R4 s; f' i3 g! z/ X- P- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
' H. H7 w8 j' ], E( r) m- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
