1 j2 d7 w) X1 z1 {- ]Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual; (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
0 P4 \6 o( T; M  ~. i6 aSchedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

* w" A& l2 X1 \7 dMust be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
-Paying attention to details;
$ ~! T$ X/ T0 n# q; n- ?- Good time management and organizational skills required;
9 T2 Q: d+ D% N7 C-Post-secondary education preferred;
" o0 M! E& U" n7 L* G-previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
& X5 m0 G3 f9 i4 j! o& t- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
6 `! N8 p* D  E$ T+ o% V6 e" ~- g. w- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
1 ^: p2 r$ {" l/ e6 P% t1 L( W' |- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
