• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
8 D$ e5 K9 i% A( \• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments. @7 g, Q/ G) M1 N. ?" [& h1 y; U
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
+ }5 Q$ s5 Q) I4 U7 @0 n2 g% U( E' L2 K0 [• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;' C4 N/ \+ v% K( i
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;

• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; " P) t3 c5 l1 |6 R0 x
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
