your own health. Alberta Health and Wellness points out that the

1 C8 x5 C3 m$ U( Xcontact. The virus also rests on hard surfaces such as counters and
# m+ J& i; X2 j/ q) Tdoorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and
' s+ J, S$ L" }3 z! Cthen unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth.: X3 R1 g; v* X E
Practicing good preventive hygiene (e.g., wash your hands and cover your" e# o1 y m+ h
cough) and following the self-care practices as outlined by Alberta
, O. i& v! L9 m% Q7 P; MHealth and Wellness will greatly assist in minimizing the chance of/ a. ]0 x! E) L/ w1 w8 G8 E
infection.
