C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
. g* `' [( F  p- ^2 \# `3 L* Q) qDuties:
4 ~, Z+ O% w; g7 h. A& K; c•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
" X' b  k# I; ?) l9 \+ s, ?4 j•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
9 O" O, ]2 |* C& |•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
" q# C0 ^; l7 I•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
5 |+ s3 U& J9 Q! i' t8 M•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
. I5 s, N9 _2 e  [) K•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
* a9 I7 z7 T& Z: d' w•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
2 p1 E) v. F8 ], D8 r. Q1 T•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
. o: B$ D" {$ K4 r2 _# ]- l/ l- b' DMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
! n5 W- y9 t( R0 }' ?8 u•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
7 a/ a/ k4 _" Q1 z& a3 B- V•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
3 M9 `+ {8 L: v•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
  C1 k- H' x2 t/ H+ {- FDesirable Requirements:
, M; T! m' Q( ?  P2 f•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
