C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
' u5 v( M! s( U- D: {7 P' l6 f( j8 b•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
: T, j' e# _; _; A2 {•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
5 k3 F. B9 P4 a9 Y•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
$ _. S! f1 l* f" h7 P•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
' z/ e; @% s6 X$ L, o9 _•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
7 Z/ m. R2 q: n. d6 o•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
5 c( P- J& ~' }1 [! j. M•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
" r* C: n+ T+ o1 u( r8 x5 J•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

) [! d: q( L5 ~•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
