6 Z" \1 ]3 k) z8 W+ X! Y! QC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
8 S& x* h( D8 d7 DDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
# i4 o3 Q: b2 P8 Z+ b•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
/ H: j  H2 j- T# M3 V5 a•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
1 |7 z! q% x, o$ n•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
" Z; ^; u# ]# I' _: Q$ V, C6 S+ N•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
  R2 S" w3 f9 w& h3 i& Y5 c  P: w•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
7 @0 N$ e, I! m•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
+ N$ X( L/ n& T% r9 u0 p•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
' s# Q' k" z: v, g2 T* S0 \$ h•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
