C# Systems Analyst

: m/ g: ~6 R8 E7 @3 @* @( gC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
! ]& h6 w, |3 X* p* Q' {•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
/ @4 e3 m& c( x2 u•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
; a1 _) {. ]9 V6 G•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
3 j7 y) G+ t- D; \" [: K: U) W# f•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
0 S% _+ u/ Z1 P' M9 z" AMandatory Requirements:
+ h. k% P  l' W* D  e•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
/ K0 b7 K( q1 l* z7 B" f  I# O•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
4 u: K, h6 x% w- d& k  D" o4 S•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
