C# Systems Analyst

  v* t4 A" F; K  v, IC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
6 N+ h6 o8 O8 N7 X+ [% D0 G/ ^•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
9 ]9 s& G- s; u; ^' A•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
) L. G6 D+ j( V5 F•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
  i! D, k2 |" |, v' y•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
/ b! X8 [& P7 }: c4 \7 M9 g•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
0 \; `* [7 m/ `% t- q•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
) O/ `# k  V' _8 Q' T: A( d& h•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
+ N* T$ u6 V4 M) ?4 I•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
