C# Systems Analyst

6 N/ N* Z( |+ A' U( e: b9 QC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
, {- [" ]4 V! j+ }•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
1 _4 k- ^3 G% n8 j: b  d$ L  T9 @•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
: J0 D* {( e. H6 yMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
& f: N& R# K# `  c$ i* l•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
& }5 b; j; w0 x•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
% \& C0 C- V* k' H6 T6 g•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
( D. t( ?3 k) H3 |: h•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
, W- K! x$ I8 }. k•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
) w( [/ e3 y+ c; _. D1 b1 c; I) V6 dDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
