) w/ H: W( s  [+ `. oC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
. ?) Z  g; v: ~% y% X5 q. u- X1 [•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
* i8 A* ?/ c2 U2 |! X4 u4 n3 c4 i& C•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
( L  P4 L5 [% s1 J1 w4 Z0 i: Y•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
- `  A; t1 v( C$ i•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
# F; Z0 I. {# [+ f& {( M•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
! v4 |/ B5 e8 \" `- ]. {$ K•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
7 N" x2 r) I2 e9 O; J1 Y•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
+ q: s: X$ a7 g8 Z7 Y6 n8 S•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
" ~4 a7 k- s1 Z' Y/ v8 F! Z/ H•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
/ m- W/ u& j7 Q' e" g# C6 w& g•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
+ B* S0 \4 Y- f+ f6 X) P•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
6 k/ f  U( f, s9 M1 e•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
4 D4 s( v1 }( K3 w•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
, b; _% g& s6 ^. J" g# a•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
