Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

! o% }: f+ A, e• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.' ?0 P) U* I+ n# O& k
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
; T2 c+ X. A; M7 _& J" h• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar) r- X9 `, m: n$ l' k- p
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience# f$ [9 ~5 Y8 N" U5 L0 S
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
