• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.7 z3 C0 Y+ f4 r( A1 R% j( u
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports./ P Q) j" J4 x, v
• SAP match reporting and monthly management2 v1 l0 Y# n: _/ q C: k1 u
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.- f5 I+ g1 d* u% S8 z
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
5 @& a- g3 a( w" e3 C4 _, W, {• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
+ ]6 V. F9 C, ~" l' W* x• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
: G9 a1 w) p0 P D1 ]- T• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
' V: X+ g4 K- r- h4 N• Order business cards as required.

• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.2 u4 h( p# Q( b8 X4 K- Y
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

Education / Experience
6 b# C7 s* c7 U6 W• Grade 12 or equivalent i3 y" j; x C d9 X1 [
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
! k' ]$ D" I+ U• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
' P' v5 u) A, j! j" d, S/ I• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater( l" L8 b1 c( H" R
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.

• High level of customer service skills is a must.
