Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.6 n4 Y1 n5 W+ Z) F8 S0 {( L8 |
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
- o S4 Z6 K, ]6 t8 Q3 W3 D0 E• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
) H2 _& k& F( A+ E5 i: w• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
