Job Duties / Responsibilities6 w, \7 A1 ?. `6 O$ C
• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
( F" y' y0 |: M! @• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.5 n. X, |  x- i2 f: Q& d2 Z4 e
• SAP match reporting and monthly management4 E9 O+ M, x% z
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.3 O) ?7 t6 H: j
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
" Z: R' N6 Y0 f4 w• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
$ H3 h  T: y3 O$ \9 P) J3 `! c& u• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
4 u" D% Z3 X  y, ^9 t* I. o7 N* }• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
( G  j3 u' r6 k' G* n) x# G• Order business cards as required.! b* n4 z+ W5 B1 T% B4 s
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
9 T# @& P6 u2 R* q1 M. V; r! q) I• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
. Y/ `, a! O7 Q• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.5 x. k# m/ B7 {/ ^9 Q- |) Z
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.; _* ^4 s+ _/ Q' n
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

# q6 @9 i' a* z& g- u! D6 p0 u• Grade 12 or equivalent
" ]. U( B" v. m/ M' S. ]• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)5 h; F1 `7 w! k" [) n1 L% z
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
/ a( {$ x, o# x• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater4 K( ]2 I" c0 k3 R/ K1 {
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. ; J  c: o) e4 d, z4 R! M7 p1 S
• Attention to detail is required.

• Good planning and co-ordination skills.
