2 q. K) k% y8 Q• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.+ U) ]9 y9 V/ e
• SAP match reporting and monthly management3 o2 s" S# S- _' ]1 C- u' W* s9 m
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.- i) n3 U! e6 Z$ w
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator., x, y9 w: ?; V/ E! Y; [, u
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
% F7 A3 p# ?$ x3 Q" q• Order business cards as required.
* t" ~5 J% U! s) k7 T, e• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

Education / Experience) v, s- h) y7 h! e
• Grade 12 or equivalent# i, d& Z; g- x3 M% v6 {0 K
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)( y i; w' _) C x1 ]
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
* q% c6 Z7 h9 i: E2 o) _• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater0 E& H# O f7 z0 ]
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.

• High level of customer service skills is a must.
