Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports., ^# ^( L/ \% M [, O
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
' n- O. ?+ T+ |• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
$ U! G$ h" i4 m& h9 T b• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
) S: N- y0 {2 u" ^6 _* l, g% o4 j• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
# H% h/ k8 T, p8 w7 J7 K: X4 ~9 c- ~. G• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator. _2 r1 j) X) D; J3 q: x
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.1 \) @* U) n. Q2 U; n

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

Education / Experience. ?" Q& P8 z# ~% R3 N+ M2 ?4 z9 f
• Grade 12 or equivalent6 @! a0 G ?; H1 p! R6 l
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
' d9 I+ {$ G/ v; n L• 3-5 years of related administrative experience/ t3 k* z- e- U
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater

• Attention to detail is required.
