2 h6 ~' g3 V5 w3 q( vThis role is responsible for the following activities representing site: / {9 P& _1 ~0 @% \/ @+ O# J6 D% _! N2 B7 C
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support# V1 z |$ P1 B! g" V) w
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
3 ~% A/ H7 L) Z/ Q8 ~+ Q• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
# e* U9 x8 t' Z# R* F8 ^* `) E• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments6 n, m+ C( C1 c M8 X) o- M
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables, I; a4 E# i7 R o& X. e9 ~; h; K
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator% J1 q9 z' ]* z- r
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.2 C- M9 M) Q! P1 G4 ~, `

Education / Experience) u/ x1 T z6 g) v' l; }& v
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI4 A. V& A# g3 P; t' J( P5 T: w
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator1 N8 ^* g. l, I
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
K( k- Q- {5 N! m% v1 i% H/ G• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required, k; }. ^* n& x( B! U- a
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset! `* R" q& Q0 E. n5 m) c7 R
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset. |
