The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.8 S! We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.# X; k) Y! Z3 v$ ^& i

( R" ~4 M( f( V* d# v• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations . T( Z/ u1 H7 p z$ G
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings 6 W ^2 _! K2 r0 N1 L) N+ i' s
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach ; \1 H( f$ \. Q. w4 U& h; V
• Promoting TBL products and services
7 X: C! D' \6 X/ S% M• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance . S" E; h/ \% f0 w0 y8 ?% X: V
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables 8 Q Y+ _' Q# F* P4 p' Q) @
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 2 J6 f B" w4 m" h* b& ?& y
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
! C x/ v$ |& j& z/ u/ E• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program ; V! f5 a. W: j9 |) A+ K2 E& Z
• Arranging catering for various meetings / Q: L1 f0 a8 p9 N3 C2 B ]
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office ; W4 m2 i N& K2 B, s7 Q
• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
