7 F6 z/ B0 E& w5 C1 QWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.% q5 T+ _ j6 r1 V; h; A1 N

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations * q% y4 c# S: v! W8 x
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
7 ` k$ @+ \/ h$ o% M- i7 s• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
# ^; S$ p$ U2 S( z• Promoting TBL products and services + x7 O7 @) r* p4 K& \/ F) _
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance 6 c( \' [" W& Q8 X9 h" u
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables ( h/ V- r4 O& B/ P9 \& o/ d$ X* p. a
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta , m1 c- P2 l" v* W( X; \
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
" B. F9 m2 e4 {% u e7 |$ c0 j8 A• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program ; L2 F3 q! l1 f2 `6 Q
• Arranging catering for various meetings
& K+ x- V, o2 C• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office
