9 O3 t! K" B: KWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
" a6 D* R+ S8 f# K) A; n  Z        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
9 Q0 ?) ?) @9 N        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
" T3 h& A- D! R+ c: {6 ?- e& g; T        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
6 P; S; I/ x2 e( W- K        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
) R' Y* B( o0 ^        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
