We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

7 U6 ^2 v- l7 [, d7 N$ C  IEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
  o2 I; x8 U3 @9 n        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
6 h: J) ?# b& _1 @: c! ]9 e: Q        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
3 z, a9 b. M7 P' v& ~) l        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
6 N5 z5 z$ [# U1 C2 y7 P; B        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
; `/ B% }' `; o# u6 E- T+ ]" W4 D. p        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
