' n: N! ]4 @9 t- v  UWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
( C) J9 m# b% I        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

7 J/ i  w* o5 ~1 r) W0 ]Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
0 a' }6 x# |9 S3 z! v5 ?4 y/ |: Y        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
& U+ r  n8 C# c5 J" }        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
