3 U# O: L/ S4 KWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.
% h' i0 t: r& S7 g$ v! F/ i2 O) g
" \* }+ R2 b+ x' ?% bEducational requirement:  
% x$ _3 a8 K; G7 E7 B& W+ C        University Degree, or
$ r* {( U. |5 S. Z        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.
" H( q( X  }8 d6 @2 Q8 Y( o  w
Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
( L# r! o3 p/ p* g* g/ Q        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
' {3 q6 v9 \4 u9 f" u& z) {        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
1 T2 E' k- }2 R# _        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
