* z' U. ~- o: u5 }We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

- U" s/ e& L9 x. z3 b* P1 k3 [. z  `Educational requirement:  
( Y0 M, v6 T- Q% N  U        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
4 \3 |+ q  Y! v9 w8 `1 d+ R        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

/ ?3 e; j  e# C* M- W! {! oOther requirements:
' e) `9 E; }+ ?8 N, ^3 k% g        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
3 _( {2 \9 E8 Z* }. U. J        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
7 n3 a7 J" X$ P/ j        General building management;
# _* @4 `% F' y: X7 l* y: Y        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
  O6 d- ^: m0 Y  J* q' e  B        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
