: E! ^' [6 V8 T7 [  uWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

6 T- p% H" V# L, ?. xEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
" A+ A/ w- B; y6 q" b; g$ [        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
3 t3 r$ O  g" R+ l8 D/ j        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
1 A6 @9 P; s3 s        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
5 y+ ^$ `, D, v, O9 E! n        Procurement and service contract management;
& r: z5 x/ t1 ^! L+ _& t$ n0 R5 O        General building management;
% H7 c: r/ D) b- L* J1 i        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
+ t+ r; u2 c) ~, G$ ]3 {        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
