Job Duties / Responsibilities
" d4 C ^1 |% F/ I& X3 I& _# ?-Familiarize with the assigned process units# P& v4 u) ^! v T
-Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. 6 H9 r0 q+ G& g2 m9 }& Q0 q% a
-Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
# ~5 l* s) P( n C( [3 C' S* u-Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
?- V2 g1 C3 T3 }-Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation& c' P8 b" s) ~8 ^+ Q
-Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
! e( j+ y, n, X0 ~-Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers% O% G; B4 ]5 V
-Take up small study projects and prepare reports: h% @4 a+ r' p5 }; j+ S+ {/ M

Currently completing undergrad degree in Process Engineering. 4&5 semester student would be preferred. |
