/ T! E+ @0 p& }+ q W$ zEDMONTON - Two men are facing charges after Edmonton police pulled over a truck filled with freshly cut marijuana plants.% V( y1 q5 X6 K! _5 ~; A

Police say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.

! X/ a' C. f; f" w9 GOfficers who responded to the call said they also smelled the pot plants about half a block before they pulled over the van.

; y8 C4 V. m! fPolice say there were up to 1,500 mature marijuana plants tied in bundles inside the van.

/ X. h# |/ X' D6 qRoughly 400 kilograms of pot was taken from the vehicle and the driver and a passenger were arrested without incident.
