Police say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.

! X/ a' C. f; f" w9 GOfficers who responded to the call said they also smelled the pot plants about half a block before they pulled over the van.

; y8 C4 V. m! fPolice say there were up to 1,500 mature marijuana plants tied in bundles inside the van.
