, k" K: {% j+ U, H) t• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
9 h6 Z( B5 h) e9 U8 w) N1 ^• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
7 W. U6 y' e& ?) g' p4 U6 idistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
, B' h9 F9 [- r5 b4 ~3 v9 E* p$ k, Q• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
# H2 R- @5 n# }' x/ i& x• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
$ h; v8 a; V: D% B* c• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
3 E# p0 o5 V* x8 p$ {' U2 w& N* X8 W• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
4 u) ?0 N' r; ]  e# z1 O. G- j# t• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
1 o+ M- w% a8 s. k4 Z• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
7 m' X  I# x) J8 i* J' U/ l$ r• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
* v6 ?" d, P5 B# k! S• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
% t5 B" L7 {( [! W) d/ Qresolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
7 o. X9 c( Y, K• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
: E+ s# f: V; g, {• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

0 `0 |( {- f" Y$ L: R  \• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
& A. s6 \+ ?$ v* X' s• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
0 O% G( i5 Q& o% q8 p  N6 H• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
$ l. Y  n# h7 ?3 Y/ j% D• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
3 j* B3 b5 g: h6 f- F* |( B• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
