• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
3 E# p0 o5 V* x8 p$ {' U2 w& N* X8 W• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. 8 H) \, e& H. z
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
4 u) ?0 N' r; ] e# z1 O. G- j# t• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. ( R6 J9 q( a F& J& i4 W
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.9 Y$ \6 X% ?- ~8 E% w
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.

• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
7 m' X I# x) J8 i* J' U/ l$ r• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
* v6 ?" d, P5 B# k! S• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.# N9 p: M" [, M
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.$ x& q# G" w# O4 q3 E
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.2 l0 F0 i1 V O% ~
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
7 o. X9 c( Y, K• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.; h2 k8 c+ ?, b
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
: E+ s# f: V; g, {• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.$ J2 C, E2 B4 P" `/ g; u! B7 P
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.. k) u- n8 w4 O. Q

• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience0 |( ~5 G. }2 k* E
• Grade 12 / GED.
$ l. Y n# h7 ?3 Y/ j% D• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. 3 S6 n) F' W1 N1 |! ^
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
3 j* B3 b5 g: h6 f- F* |( B• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 0 C3 i" } k3 ~* k+ ]) F
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. ( F% H2 C& t/ G3 m: M# ]. o
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.' J. z* \$ A# @% X" c/ R
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
