• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. ! e# q, o( |/ E; }$ Z
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. , a) \) L5 c% `- W$ \; o
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. & x) f6 q0 I& O! j9 R
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
4 Y/ D8 h7 e& ^0 }! p* I& c! o% p• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.

• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
$ R5 L8 b# p3 X" h! {6 \; t+ H• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.2 d3 h% b( g' n7 h( T
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
; G8 U9 o4 |, ?& s6 i7 |• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.) V3 e9 J* \6 u, H/ v7 M
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.0 ]. V; f2 O7 H2 W8 h4 C, ]5 p
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
' w1 I) N( t* \+ w# ^• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
' z* T4 O" [: y4 j• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
# Y5 c# q9 s: z. X• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

1 f. z$ S5 B. W6 q• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.

• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

7 m9 Y+ h ]# ]5 L( CEducation / Experience; r) D; Q4 @. G7 Q( i- a3 r9 X
• Grade 12 / GED.
) C K& L( [' i; W8 T• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. 8 P* E( J" x2 D M
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
# I9 I$ ?9 I9 F+ f, a2 q& F• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
6 X* u$ U# z4 ~% O! W• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. + }8 X. ~5 ^' K W4 o1 k9 P/ o4 f
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
4 L; h; g- n9 G* o2 ~• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
