Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
4 S/ n: O4 O! X• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
! d- b, r8 M3 kdistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
3 `' g/ _9 P. Q, Y* ~; Oplace (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
+ {! G' w5 c5 {$ @2 D  P  r• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
) B3 Z( N( i% p4 j- C7 Z1 x" n• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
% N! U' u! _0 d• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
+ ~0 J1 ^' l' G3 d; f/ Q" `4 c5 ]7 o5 }8 }• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
% \) ?3 \3 Q  H$ W. ]" N• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
4 h/ z% F2 U5 _8 ]# Q# o' u! d• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
4 i. ^  b) c7 X7 v! a! I$ l" {• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
& Y" X# z: I. r• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
! A: y2 R3 E4 N6 g% H• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- y8 H. y# W# I9 V' H6 @& R• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
( A, L: Y3 Y' w& d! w9 P# S• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
( g3 M+ e! {. ?• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
2 F; v4 W* c- ^+ s' a• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
! H( P" y( ]) z0 D3 D4 A7 _5 B+ j• Grade 12 / GED.
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
% w. b* |" f$ q- |/ Z$ h• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
7 W. B7 p( z( k. x" p• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
