; Q }3 h i1 ~% n! P( V* K• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.- p3 _7 \3 q3 H F1 _4 u
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. % f k* W6 |1 w2 i) D' X
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. + Z8 i# B6 l' `! j4 z" d
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
5 L/ ?8 F0 p" T- D8 p• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. ( v" O4 ]3 W- ~/ y5 k
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
! t5 R: h9 c4 G1 B• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
% W7 a* k9 v0 c9 |: ^6 F• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.7 U0 t# j; ~3 {6 @3 Y
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
s7 ~; e2 D' G& ~7 ^5 O- s+ v# F, B• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.7 A* Z) {5 m0 N
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.! q& X6 z, R' K% R2 D
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for2 _* n; i6 f7 U$ A `
resolution.
* D0 P% P: M: n* U( s7 R• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.5 T0 O" L* _8 g
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
* @1 I. y# X5 w% j3 j, f• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
+ F3 T$ q" [: t( b. K t• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.% Q4 v+ C2 e, E+ D" m; Y
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.' `6 B# `6 f7 c& Q! m2 `6 o( N& R0 x
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. 2 V" K- f& _1 m0 i1 P
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
5 F o9 M; |9 z5 [& l6 Z, m• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

- N8 I1 O% v* P9 J$ p5 ^$ H7 `• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.* ]8 a Y' ?& L9 c' N& G
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
$ t5 m* j/ n, t8 K I7 |• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

5 S+ F$ f! {9 K+ r! M' KEducation / Experience4 H$ I& |, p( l4 k* }
• Grade 12 / GED. ' J. Q) }: Q2 Z( \. G' R6 m
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. 2 i1 y1 c" z2 q2 z6 y
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 1 i; w& j' Z9 m. o
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 7 p5 K( ~) s& R- e% E5 u: n
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
2 @, B0 R7 ~+ I2 G) V• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
# o* m2 q) y$ @! t+ Z; m• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
