Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right

• Preserves materials.
3 f! \9 U7 Z- B• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
5 e& F5 v4 G# b2 S' h• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
% | d* M# \8 v, T• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
0 E% f# q* p# m q• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
1 ]* F. K6 U/ e9 u9 N• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
: f" N$ C* R0 z& o• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. ) D' p9 J# i5 y+ h1 p) s& O
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
0 B7 T. L5 v: B; L• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.! X2 R6 ?. F8 t1 L: J2 S
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 6 K2 g! f1 z ~: Y. n4 @
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
; j3 Z9 F0 h0 m% B• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules. U( b7 g+ T* c5 m
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
- e1 y0 w- A* f L' ?• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.

• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user." _& W, g% e m0 A) J9 h
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
/ O) m7 v+ x0 |/ m% H6 ~• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.6 S2 m% o. T% i% T9 o+ b/ l0 e
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
5 i" a/ e8 l% }9 V# E V• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.! J; ]: e: P# s+ R3 V
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. + g0 T! r" G- a& w/ X
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
& j$ c1 O3 d; M• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
- M& [: K/ s' ^- ?! P, M• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. ! A% u+ m8 f S( I, t! C4 C
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
% m7 e5 V$ @+ S% E• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.& @7 G+ v8 }7 \" o6 S$ L! [: T2 v
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions. * H2 M* ?( M8 p/ g; f
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
# E! b" n% k. j0 Z$ Q• Grade 12 / GED.
! L5 _/ j% z5 e% A5 Q& x• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. ) v' l; n; q6 j! I, a9 A5 g( N
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. Z- q8 k. Z: ?3 {" [/ W
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
5 h7 L% R9 `. O• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. 2 {: J7 E3 K9 A' S
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.2 G. l! |$ j# k: C6 }3 e: T
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
