Drill Bit Repair Technician

Temporary to permanent position

' U8 \: G' A- k6 A5 X/ ]As a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
- @( E" n! s# J" l$ [9 `, t7 {*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
: c/ `4 ]6 Z+ Y. s*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
* k- s( N) S; s2 ^' [0 P*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)

Requirements:
) i. ~9 J" f2 J. y7 \4 @*Minimum Grade 12 or G.E.D. equivalent
4 ]+ i/ e& {" i7 D9 [8 o/ r*Reliable vehicle is required
5 E# z' X7 w) x- |*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97
*Proven team player with a positive attitude
8 O7 P8 q/ C% p: c*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
*Machining and welding experience an asset
9 n3 F/ @+ e3 q- f8 O/ \*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
