The cover of the cheese should say: sharp; mild, which refer to the degree of the flavor.% Z* H, o/ ]0 k$ i/ U: e& `
) m& u5 Y% e% `$ ]1 p% tMozzarella cheese (white, no yellow color): for pizza or Italian cooking
