Reception

• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
! N& f, k& K) m' e- _& o+ X' w; p• Arrange courier services for all departments

• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail
( P9 D g' U: y, k3 t• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
- x! H( w( |) j+ ]• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency
+ k% T1 J' z9 d4 j• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration9 ~; S- W9 W- N* D' D5 J
• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers 9 R! O8 k, o2 n* n( O2 K
• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution& H* P( m* k m. b
• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments # n, R, ?0 b) y9 Q
• Assemble and forward information packets as requested4 s) C* R5 Q# `9 U" U t

. V# F. m/ Z' R+ S• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training

/ @% w7 l, s' l• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures
5 f1 p! P" s c9 O" _1 a7 V, N• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
! o, s% E- h+ ]4 }8 R• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset- W; S* B9 r9 \/ i3 n7 b& [7 T/ K
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills 8 T9 n0 y) b, K! ~8 K# Z- R7 W" l* `
• Mindful of need for accuracy, detail and discretion
