A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. • Greet and provide assistance to incoming visitors

• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

4 q; e- U/ X* P• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail

1 G# p+ B; q. a+ w. `# c& J• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency

• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers

• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments 4 v5 a0 X! s, c6 V
• Assemble and forward information packets as requested7 l& `' P+ p f. t

• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training& ^& K) L# z+ g! W

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures
3 ^ I+ o' E. J• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.& W: D5 [2 _* d! z( D3 U! _
• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset

• Able to interact in a positive manner with diverse population
