请问COMFREE 买房的可行性

最近在comfree上面看上了一个房子，准备提交offer. 不知道在这上面买房和在agent的帮助下买房有什么区别？请问屯子里面有没有人有过在comfree买房的经历？能否分享一二。

在condition里面加上一条让律师看offer就行了。否则offer不被接受，还要付律师费。

老杨，我不明白咋样把让律师看offer这条加上：我看了一下comfree提供的purchase contract，在condition中提供了如下选择：

请问哪条是你说的“请律师看offer”？是选项c吗？还是必须加在“other buyer conditions” 这一栏中？ 谢谢！

我说的是C，即Subject to Buyer’s Lawyer’s approval。别忘了把A和B也选上。
