Specifically, this resource will be required to have experience in setting up, administrating, and managing very large industrial configurations (i.e., large number of servers and environments as well as multi-process servers). ! E# S; h4 X* F* J" Y
Administration of production UNIX (AIX), Windows, and Linux server backups in a Dynamic Drive sharing environment.
n% J$ R2 t+ |Candidate must be experienced in designing and administering large numbers of standardized configurations and following ITIL standard administration processes.
$ X6 U3 U; _/ F; \ Q+ t8 {Maintaining and implementing Enterprise Backup solutions in IBM SAN configurations, IBM SAN hardware and IBM Storage Manager Software. ! g9 i9 ?7 x$ Z/ G
Maintain hardware relating to servers and tape libraries in a raised floor datacenter.
8 I6 Z9 U' p- p* l5 {Working with hardware and software vendor support personnel to efficiently resolve any issues with systems being maintained.
* D7 L$ `9 s5 aEnsuring all backups meet audit and SLA requirements. Archiving and recall backup reports for auditing purposes.
5 c' C: g0 j( ?& j; X" Y1 \Help implementing enterprise wide system monitoring tools to monitor production Windows and UNIX servers running a variety of crucial business applications.

Thorough knowledge of Windows operating system and familiar with various Unix flavors like AIX, Solaris, and Linux - I" ]# ?2 w# Y
Strong IBM SAN configurations experience
1 O* S$ c' { c. _7 ]' `/ t1 VExperience with enterprise tape backup solutions - backing up and restoring Solaris, Linux, AIX and Windows servers with both Oracle and SQL databases. 5 K7 O1 D$ r! _0 g+ p/ ]
