Maintaining and implementing Enterprise Backup solutions in IBM SAN configurations, IBM SAN hardware and IBM Storage Manager Software. . w2 H. v; f# |" ~& H% ~
Maintain hardware relating to servers and tape libraries in a raised floor datacenter.
h+ s/ k4 ?& j3 ?& `* LWorking with hardware and software vendor support personnel to efficiently resolve any issues with systems being maintained. 0 g M; B6 { B
Ensuring all backups meet audit and SLA requirements. Archiving and recall backup reports for auditing purposes. : }) y0 A& v+ H
Help implementing enterprise wide system monitoring tools to monitor production Windows and UNIX servers running a variety of crucial business applications. . E5 O; D! i& r0 y: E4 G0 B8 X
"MUST HAVE" SKILLS: 2 O( k) c7 l* O9 i- j
Thorough knowledge of Windows operating system and familiar with various Unix flavors like AIX, Solaris, and Linux

Experience with enterprise tape backup solutions - backing up and restoring Solaris, Linux, AIX and Windows servers with both Oracle and SQL databases. * S/ V0 Q0 P6 P
Experience with troubleshooting in large environments. 24 x 7 on call availability.
