Specifically, this resource will be required to have experience in setting up, administrating, and managing very large industrial configurations (i.e., large number of servers and environments as well as multi-process servers).

Maintaining and implementing Enterprise Backup solutions in IBM SAN configurations, IBM SAN hardware and IBM Storage Manager Software. % n L {- M2 j F
Maintain hardware relating to servers and tape libraries in a raised floor datacenter. # a9 e$ _, T; _9 t7 [6 X
Working with hardware and software vendor support personnel to efficiently resolve any issues with systems being maintained.
' t# p3 S9 ]( ^/ d r7 U$ ?Ensuring all backups meet audit and SLA requirements. Archiving and recall backup reports for auditing purposes.
+ y+ w* a( v) P& p' k: q$ @6 pHelp implementing enterprise wide system monitoring tools to monitor production Windows and UNIX servers running a variety of crucial business applications.

Thorough knowledge of Windows operating system and familiar with various Unix flavors like AIX, Solaris, and Linux ; N& `; V Q- B" p8 c+ x$ U

Experience with enterprise tape backup solutions - backing up and restoring Solaris, Linux, AIX and Windows servers with both Oracle and SQL databases.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
