Working with hardware and software vendor support personnel to efficiently resolve any issues with systems being maintained.

Help implementing enterprise wide system monitoring tools to monitor production Windows and UNIX servers running a variety of crucial business applications. 7 ^/ @! K' R3 G

Thorough knowledge of Windows operating system and familiar with various Unix flavors like AIX, Solaris, and Linux

) u" s2 L% S* KExperience with enterprise tape backup solutions - backing up and restoring Solaris, Linux, AIX and Windows servers with both Oracle and SQL databases.
