Candidate must be experienced in designing and administering large numbers of standardized configurations and following ITIL standard administration processes. ' u* r! E) V6 ?( y3 V H" C
Maintaining and implementing Enterprise Backup solutions in IBM SAN configurations, IBM SAN hardware and IBM Storage Manager Software.
: B- W, T- o" sMaintain hardware relating to servers and tape libraries in a raised floor datacenter. 9 J. G! j' @* `( O
Working with hardware and software vendor support personnel to efficiently resolve any issues with systems being maintained. - x+ o; M* H9 V$ t$ b; ~* t6 q
Ensuring all backups meet audit and SLA requirements. Archiving and recall backup reports for auditing purposes.
