Specifically, this resource will be required to have experience in setting up, administrating, and managing very large industrial configurations (i.e., large number of servers and environments as well as multi-process servers). & f% w/ L4 n4 W; R& `: t
Administration of production UNIX (AIX), Windows, and Linux server backups in a Dynamic Drive sharing environment. 5 T6 E* _3 T0 O6 o0 W
Candidate must be experienced in designing and administering large numbers of standardized configurations and following ITIL standard administration processes. 3 _5 L& O# u5 R4 ]( F
Maintaining and implementing Enterprise Backup solutions in IBM SAN configurations, IBM SAN hardware and IBM Storage Manager Software. E9 K* s. q( m( h3 N$ w3 ]! _$ l
Maintain hardware relating to servers and tape libraries in a raised floor datacenter. 8 m7 j$ `* m( h; b, ]5 d+ [/ `2 B
Working with hardware and software vendor support personnel to efficiently resolve any issues with systems being maintained. / D9 h* B: X4 `& Y
Ensuring all backups meet audit and SLA requirements. Archiving and recall backup reports for auditing purposes. 2 O2 E; S# V H* a
Help implementing enterprise wide system monitoring tools to monitor production Windows and UNIX servers running a variety of crucial business applications.

! z2 _1 i6 p' i( T* q) dThorough knowledge of Windows operating system and familiar with various Unix flavors like AIX, Solaris, and Linux

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
