$ X4 f+ R$ B0 m. O- ~" c) f/ `; HCandidate must be experienced in designing and administering large numbers of standardized configurations and following ITIL standard administration processes. / y7 ~1 `5 ]3 j- j& N5 w8 C) h
Maintaining and implementing Enterprise Backup solutions in IBM SAN configurations, IBM SAN hardware and IBM Storage Manager Software. # ?6 C* }8 L$ P7 L9 y: b
Maintain hardware relating to servers and tape libraries in a raised floor datacenter.
7 l2 \( b5 v: _Working with hardware and software vendor support personnel to efficiently resolve any issues with systems being maintained.
2 ?; d4 p3 k; _2 kEnsuring all backups meet audit and SLA requirements. Archiving and recall backup reports for auditing purposes.

Strong IBM SAN configurations experience " G; k' U5 N% u
Experience with enterprise tape backup solutions - backing up and restoring Solaris, Linux, AIX and Windows servers with both Oracle and SQL databases.
, W# [: s) k- d( @4 T" BExperience with troubleshooting in large environments. 24 x 7 on call availability.
( w) T1 L f' u" P6 oExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
