Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
1 U! e2 M% |; k; s' w- Organize focus group(s)
7 ^- Q) l  f, c( c* t- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)

# G: B+ Z* ^7 Z' r5 l- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
* l0 ~* M- ]6 \1 N5 m0 N5 D- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
  i& K# _( N2 v# W  m6 @- leadership abilities
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
& }& A1 a- a; Z/ _% z8 ^9 n5 i

Salary
- ^( P7 J9 k3 |  H( i
- $10.50/hr for 30 hours/week, June 1 to August 31, 2005
