Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
8 c/ s9 J" q1 [, x% ?3 O0 ?- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
/ u0 d1 P5 y9 N; {' F- Find sponsors to enhance program
% m& K/ [) j" L, e' S- Supervise volunteer(s)
- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:
: z' D0 p- Y( x9 {' }5 }
- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
! O3 G1 |; }/ A+ B* c* u# ]- communication skills
- {- q0 o- T' J1 B2 `6 u- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
9 y: n' o6 Z9 z- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
* C$ H2 g* L* {  w$ Q* p- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
