Key Responsibilities:
* J$ ~# ?- T5 o7 F; ^# y To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
$ ]/ o( B4 V9 C To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
; }  |$ b# I8 e! F, I To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

' g- Y( e$ F( Y7 y9 M. F4 x' ?( w! EQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
( O# U/ x& Y8 q, @, d" H 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
4 O) ]0 Q- F0 c  O' p$ L' F; [ Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
7 l4 N/ @; x3 f3 o Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
