& ]: A9 J2 H; ^Key Responsibilities:
. ?5 a; n" o, H6 x, v To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
8 A& v( d5 _( L! f. y$ i. B To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
8 a4 V4 z1 p  ]& c1 X7 e  p To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
# F1 w. u$ X' d/ | To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
/ n7 `" C( V; Y3 d, }$ u. N To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
. T6 A  g1 {. s' h To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

2 |# y1 F! ?: _! I+ wQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
3 {0 U' ]) N9 Q1 [9 ]8 r* Y Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
* w* J- ?( _* A Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
