Key Responsibilities:
( E' j9 m, h& F" [" _  Y To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
$ Y* I& |* f; o1 |# ^ To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
- |# U( i) s6 ~* o9 }) v 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
5 ~! }6 _2 w8 ?  N* n Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
! b# L2 h% F, U Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
& m6 ~+ B0 ^9 D, N* W
