Key Responsibilities:
$ o- i6 j7 M# I To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
' r" {, Z) p) p" ~' g0 u4 b+ o5 A) U To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
6 U3 k. ]( Z+ H  q5 V# s' \ To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
% N9 d1 d4 Y1 f To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

7 q3 c9 G6 [; o  o; t$ ]1 l% aQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
5 n# v3 s- s- _% E5 n/ j& Y  k Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
