电脑电源有问题

开机后，电源后面风扇转动，但是主板CPU上面的风扇不动，也不启动，没任何反应，请高手诊断

我感觉电源有问题，可能压根没给主板供电。请高手指点，如果只是主板坏了，CPU风扇起码应该转啊

用万用表测试就知道是电源、主板或风扇
风扇可能性最大

没万用表。如果只是CPU风扇坏，硬盘啥的应该有动静，可惜完全没有，所以判断是机箱的电源问题，请高人指正
