The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.4 Z! @( p% [# j: x7 m) J8 s

Job Duties/Responsibilities:$ y$ B' D$ g# ]0 b* F' V5 q8 z
• Human Resources Management
2 Q, W+ @* J) M0 g' @• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities * S- q/ v5 ]0 U2 I- N
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
5 d. q. C! Z- E7 P' i• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities f8 T* P6 b$ L, ?$ k+ D0 g
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services+ R$ h5 `/ v" \& l& p, w0 F6 \
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities" |5 C- t# F! f3 s& |" N
' z% K3 \/ u9 Y C2 |" x& M' uProgram Delivery9 @% S7 j" u8 w& \1 V
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
: e* V4 v1 q: Y2 D+ u0 B; W• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
s+ u% O$ R1 a2 X4 O• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
) Q7 @9 i R6 m• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication$ W( A9 v* g, d- Y: K5 ]9 _
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested) ~4 e/ q ]7 K T5 Z+ i* \
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department' Q* P* Z0 c; ` K: J# O
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director

• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

- v- N* n8 d9 E5 I3 A• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
- J; A4 {& ~, ?% Q. l• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
# I5 ~; S# s* t' c1 P• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience9 T p5 N; m+ Y" |& h) R0 o2 G0 U3 x
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
" J9 x/ v; B/ T E* g! f/ {• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population( R! l/ H. G- T, K& }2 u
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
