The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

7 F8 O. U5 e: n% m* hThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.; ^1 ~" y( j4 E% K/ X, {* z g

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

2 B& G% ~' M f# N! h• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities ' H l' T0 i2 u' _. @; i, Y! ?# }
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors . {4 P# w, S/ g3 q8 ~$ h
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities" ~2 O0 K8 i" y$ p P0 t
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
' P2 c" c& a* ^4 H6 n• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

Program Delivery
& x4 O: A- m7 ?• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program . O; q9 s/ B. q: a' A
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
" u+ Q0 @7 R. C" y5 S- K p- H. M• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required7 \- A8 h/ X0 N3 d9 M
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication1 k$ u( L9 w5 R
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested9 {& |; W& B, `3 n% F( V. ~
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department. r! M# v8 a( z t! Z! Q4 z M
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program0 b* u6 h8 x- V/ R# J% Z
• Implement service modification, as required

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director

• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required- r( N1 z0 l! W6 Q% ^
, q& b5 \7 _8 H4 @Qualifications:8 \7 [* O# n+ g. h4 Q3 \
7 s4 Z1 m, a* t; p5 f, H: g) T" c
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
! |) c& _, |% J6 y: D• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities; h( ~3 v: P1 f9 |
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience' Y$ w- `. d, r1 U1 _: [' k
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
: L/ o; ~: v6 z• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population7 J4 }( }$ [1 f0 o6 i; y# z
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
