The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.1 M, H- t2 Z9 p/ v' B

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
, w9 K9 Q- H* k: O0 G5 Z& ?9 l/ E• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
( c) J% }' K2 k3 T• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities4 G5 B/ _2 W% e- x8 _
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services3 ~: K& `, N1 L6 G; ?
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program 9 Y: X7 b* I: ?0 h3 ?
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes0 _3 S/ N4 v( Y/ G3 y+ V
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required% D% D0 r2 a) b! k6 z
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication

• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department3 `+ G9 G0 @) o* \ L
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director

• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

5 B, v0 r: f3 w6 E2 e5 r9 @: r( i4 l( H1 b
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field! X6 [2 d$ Q! w6 B7 v
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
0 ~4 L7 G, x6 C2 R/ ?• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience$ k; R- ^7 R) M
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
/ [" P t m+ q• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population
7 a% `. c, { D• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office( k6 }/ q" L4 g: {7 N) a) B' u" k
