/ ~$ T  V, x0 Y  D. Q% a+ L0 a8 A% V9 gKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
) n: c0 @- m5 B# j To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
% G6 @$ h9 H3 O, o  P To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
6 u5 m' t9 [" [: e. S) s. Z To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

7 u- [# U# A' X4 TQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
( `: B4 T/ h, i/ h: p: y7 s 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
# `: n* s4 v$ ]" R$ S) q Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance

Hourly salary range is $8 to $10/hour
