; H* C/ I4 h  {Key Responsibilities:
# l' S, j5 g. w To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
, |0 I) C4 M+ O0 D. X* ?: c) s To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
3 i$ B/ ]9 @2 @) |4 a, @1 ^- \ To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
9 l* q# t3 O, R" j1 i- |7 m 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
+ D/ `  B0 g& L4 \5 a* I7 x Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
$ c8 R* `; @5 n2 o% _$ d Current CPR and First Aid certifications
1 y: A' I# R$ h% }; b, O3 m Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
) X" D0 E! A& ~  ?& s" ~( f& _
