" `$ ^' _) u9 \5 T: tKey Responsibilities:
0 ^! D. u, D+ I' O3 s9 J8 t/ P To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
: L( y. N& G* R To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
* d- ?' J) \1 |: E5 b& c. p To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
# o1 s: M: r4 |; W To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
# D  n- F7 Q' O7 U To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
* w2 A& V$ h0 p  C+ e/ c Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
3 S  {) `; [  D7 l! r6 g Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
