Key Responsibilities:
" ^& A( t$ p# C8 T0 s9 _ To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
; @2 F! a" ?3 o$ F% v4 t To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
6 G) G# J; c0 j8 l! t' P To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
& ~$ _+ v* E# B To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
1 t0 O* z$ N/ P% S# m4 x# Q7 B To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

# Z) p( ]- U- ~: v  EQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
, d7 E3 D- Y; o1 M* i 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
1 @# _! n. t& T& a! a% ?9 \ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
5 v( x9 G- d# q. j+ V6 W% q/ \* Y Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
